An American woman's right to shoes.

What is this?!

Last night I was taking advantage of the killer New Year's deals that are all over the place and found a spectacular pair of warmer-weather booties for Spring, and for half off, no less! I went to the checkout and found myself being asked which province of Canada I was residing in. I was puzzled until I realized that I was in the Canadian version of the website and simply switched back over to my home country of USA. When I went looking for the same pair, I was greeted by a sale-less price tag.

It's not enough that they have government-funded healthcare and education, but they get cheaper shoes too? What's this world coming to?!

  1. well that's a bit unfair!

at least you can get things delivered cheaply. most of the time when i try to order things from the US to australia, they charge some ridiculous amount to send it to me, sometimes more than the item itself! i know we're far away but i would like to think that in this day and age, a parcel could arrive easily and cheaply!
