Yesterday I impulse-bought a cheap $30 men's canvas backpack, a $30 pair of (undetected) ripped linen pants, and a striped shirt-dress from H&M. All impulses, which I should not have done. I plan on returning the backpack and pants tomorrow. The shirt was a mere $12.99 and is staying in my wardrobe. I need to remember not to do stuff like that.
I'm obsessed now with the idea of painting the walls of my bedroom a powdery grey-blue color and re-painting the trim a soft white. I also need to do the ceiling, which is the hardest part.
If I have a limitless supply of energy tomorrow, I plan to:
Check out Gourmandise Bakery. (possible bike riding opportunity?)
Work on my resume.
Return H&M duds and check out some purses at Dillards.
Go to Home Depot and buy paint. Or at least check out some Benjamin Moore paint chips.
Go to Ikea for double curtain rods and plants for the bathroom. Also, rails and hooks for pots and pans.
Buy bottle of wine for (non-romantic) date with my neighbor.
Chores...
-dishes
-groceries
-scrub shower (check)
I'll totally admit I added the shower part to the list after I'd already done it. You know, just in case I don't get around to anything else.
